Kansas boys and men enjoy the freedom of owning firearms. Along with that freedom comes RESPONSIBILITY!Firearms safety is a primary concern and a MUST. Kansas requires Hunter Safety Training before a hunting license can be purchased. Because so many own firearms, it is imperitive that children know, not only how dangerous they are, but how to safely handle them, and what to do should they find one outside of adult supervison.
